We have produced a map that can be used alongside all of our lesson materials. This resource has been designed to give students a sense of the geography of the experiences of The Boys during the Holocaust. We also want students to be able to locate the home towns of a number of The Boys whose testimony we use throughout these materials.
The map also includes the locations of the concentration camps and death camps that are mentioned in these materials. All of the Nazi death camps are shown on this map. It is important to make students aware that there were many more camps across Nazi occupied Europe and indeed many of The Boys spent time in numerous work camps that are not shown here due to the availability of space.
